If I don’t end up making a booking using my custom itinerary, do I get a refund?
If you decide not to go ahead with booking your holiday as planned, you will not be refunded for the service already provided by Gypsy Trips.
If I want to make some changes to the itinerary I receive, do I have to pay more?
Minor adjustments, up to 10% of the original itinerary can be requested and will not incur a fee. However, major changes will incur an additional service charge to be quoted upon receipt of the change request/s.
What if my flight times change, or my flight / accommodation / tour is cancelled?
Gypsy Trips takes no responsibility or accountability for flight or tour schedule changes or cancellations. Customers may seek reimbursement of costs with the third-party company or may be able to make a claim with their travel insurance provider.
For travel booked via Gypsy Trips “BOOK NOW” link to Travel Managers, customers will be advised of any changes or cancellations and associated change fees as applicable. Changes will be facilitated via Travel Managers.
Why is the price different when I request to book than what it was on my personalised itinerary?
Gypsy Trips will always try to get the best price possible for their clients, however cannot guarantee how long the quoted price will be available and recommend booking as soon as possible upon receipt of your itinerary. In most circumstances, some small modifications to the itinerary can be made to stay within your budget, but again, this cannot be guaranteed.
